What Aulecko is

A tool for teachers to prepare, teach and record lessons. The teacher (you) decides what goes in: students, lessons, notes, voice recordings and images.

What we store

With an account: your name and e-mail (so you can sign in) and the copy of your studio (students, lessons, notes and files). Without an account, in the demo, nothing leaves your device.

Where it lives

First on your device. With an account, a private copy on Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Each studio is only accessible to the account that owns it.

What we use it for

Only to make Aulecko work for you: signing in, saving and syncing between your devices. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your students' recordings to train anything.

Online lessons

The room's video and voice call goes through LiveKit Cloud only while the lesson happens: the call's video is not recorded. Only the voice the teacher chooses to record goes into the studio, and the student sees a notice on screen while being recorded. Each student's link can be replaced at any time; the old one stops working.

Your students' data

You are the one who puts it into Aulecko and you are responsible for having their permission (or their guardians') to record and keep their voice. We only store it for you.

Your rights

You can export everything (Your studio → Export backup) and delete your account and all data at any time (Your studio → Delete my account). This covers GDPR (Europe) and LGPD (Brazil).
